The Nacho Dorito

None of Doritos new formulations would surpass Nacho Cheese, whose irresistible taste sent Doritos into the processed food hall of fame. Nacho Cheese Doritos exhibits "vanishing caloric density" that tends to delay the feeling of fullness. The blend of the ingredients in it is given flour grinding which fills every nook and cranny on the chip. Moreover, Doritos manufacturer Frito-Lay uses first class Romano cheese in the recipe. Garlic and salt also make the appearances in the ingredient list as they deliver "flavour burst" and "long hang time". MSG is used in this snack to powers up the flavors. Nacho Cheese Doritos also contains two acids, lactic and citric, that trigger the impulse to eat. Despite the powerful tastes in Nacho Cheese, Doritos formula balances them so well that no single flavour lingers in the mind after you've eaten a chip.
linger - to stay somewhere for longer than usual
impulse - a sudden desire to do something without thinking about the results
trigger - the cause of a particular reaction
